Five simple tips to get you started

Your Igloo has been set up using a basic configuration which provides quick access to the most popular features. Get started by following the five tips provided below.

Set up your Files page & upload files.

Publish a welcome message to your staff using the Microblogs page. Posts show up on the homepage automatically.

Publish office events & vacation days on the Events page.

Publish office procedures & best practices on the Policies page.

Invite your staff & add them to the appropriate groups e.g. Departments.

Advanced configuration options

Applications

Your Igloo site has some key features turned off. You can use the Site Manager to enable new features such as team spaces, task lists, forums and wiki pages. If you enable any of these features, they will show up in the main navigation bar.

Custom Domains

Custom Branding

Corporate Logo

Team Spaces

Desktop Client

You can download a Desktop Client for MS Windows for your Igloo site. It is a companion to the web experience, enabling you to drag and drop multiple files and folders to and from your Igloo. Mobile Apps

Footer

Your Igloo site already uses SSL with 256 bit encryption. This means that all of your interactions, conversations and content is totally secure during the transmission process (e.g. uploading, publishing & viewing).
